Located in the cradle of the olive tree, Jaén, they honor and continue the dedication of their ancestors that spans thousands of years.

As lovers of olive oil and its culture, they defend and promote the benefits of its consumption, as it is synonymous with health. One of their main goals is to spread the essence of the cultural heritage of olive oil, ensuring the fruit is harvested and milled under optimal conditions.

Mergaoliva differentiates its oils based on the degree of ripeness of the olives at the time of harvest.
