Mergaoliva is a small family business located in Lahiguera. Founded by their parents and with the following generations at the helm, they continue the work of business development. Located in the cradle of the olive tree, in Jaén, Mergaoliva honors and continues the dedication of its ancestors over thousands of years. As passionate about olive oil and its culture, the company defends and disseminates the benefits that its consumption brings, being synonymous with health. One of its main objectives is to transmit the essence of the cultural heritage of the oil, paying attention to the harvesting and grinding of the fruit in optimal conditions. Mergaoliva distinguishes its oils according to the degree of ripeness of the olive at the time of harvesting, presenting varieties such as Alba (Green Olive), Cenit (Very Olive) and Erebo (Black Olive).
