Mergaoliva is a small family-run company located in Lahiguera. Founded by its parents and headed by the following generations, they continue the work of business development. Located in the cradle of the olive tree, in Jaén, Mergaoliva honours and continues the dedication of its ancestors over thousands of years. As passionate about olive oil and its culture, the company defends and disseminates the benefits that its consumption brings, being synonymous with health. One of its main objectives is to transmit the essence of the cultural heritage of oil, paying attention to the harvesting and milling of the fruit in optimal conditions. Mergaoliva distinguishes its oils according to the degree of ripeness of the olive at the time of harvest, presenting varieties such as Alba (green olive), Cenit (verified olive) and Erebo (black olive).
