1. General Information

These general conditions govern the purchase-sale relationship between the user and ADJ Online S.L. (hereinafter, “Origen Oliva”), with registered office at Calle Murallas 13, 23740 Andújar (Jaén), NIF B23774516, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Jaén, Volume 593, Folio 177, Sheet 22478. For inquiries, you can write to info@origenoliva.com or call 953 054 618 from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

2. Scope of Application

These conditions apply to all purchases made on www.origenoliva.com. Acceptance implies agreement with our policies, legal notice, and privacy policy, all available on this website.

3. Products and Availability

Product descriptions and images are for guidance only. All orders are subject to availability. In case of stock shortage, the customer will be offered an equivalent alternative, a refund, or a partial shipment, after notification.

4. Prices

All prices include VAT (4% for food products) and are expressed in euros. Shipping costs are clearly displayed before completing the purchase. Free shipping applies for orders over €68 within Mainland Spain.

5. Purchase Process and Confirmation

Once the order is placed and payment is confirmed, the user will receive an email with a receipt. The order will be processed within 3 business days.

6. Payment Methods

  • Credit Card: secure transaction with SSL encryption through the bank.
  • PayPal: available option with fees indicated during checkout.
  • Bank Transfer: shipment after payment confirmation.
  • Cash on Delivery: available with a surcharge depending on the order amount, indicated at checkout.

7. Delivery and Shipping

The order will be shipped to the address provided by the user. In case of an incorrect address, the customer will bear the reshipping costs. We are not responsible for delays if the order cannot be delivered due to the recipient’s absence.

Products must be inspected upon receipt. In case of damage, the customer must refuse the package or report it within 24 hours to info@origenoliva.com.

8. Right of Withdrawal

The user has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt. To do so, they must send an unequivocal statement to info@origenoliva.com. You may use the following withdrawal form:

Once the returned product is received in its original packaging and in good condition, a full refund will be issued via the same payment method. The customer bears the return shipping costs.

9. Returns and Guarantees

Returns must be pre-authorized. The customer must request a return number and follow the provided instructions. Returns without authorization or products improperly handled will not be accepted.

In case of withdrawal or defective product, items must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days from receipt.

10. Minors

Purchases by minors under 18 years of age are not allowed. Origen Oliva reserves the right to cancel orders if false or conflicting information is detected.

11. SMS Marketing

12. Dispute Resolution

The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain for any disputes arising from the contract.
