At Origen Oliva, we want your order to arrive on time and in perfect condition. We carefully handle preparation and shipping, working with trusted carriers to provide fast and secure service.
1. Shipping Costs

Mainland Spain
- Free shipping for orders over €68.
- For smaller orders, the cost is €3.90.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and International
- The cost depends on the destination and order amount.
- Free shipping does not apply to these destinations.
2. Carriers
We collaborate with several carriers to adapt to each shipment and destination:

Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: MRW, GLS, Correos Express, FedEx, and UPS.

International: FedEx and UPS.
3. Delivery Times

Mainland Spain: orders are usually received within 24–48 business hours. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 72 hours.

Europe: between 7 and 10 business days.

Rest of the world: between 10 and 20 business days.
During high-demand periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, carriers may be busier and delivery times can be slightly longer.
4. Order Preparation and Cut-off Times
- All year, orders placed before 6:00 PM are shipped the same day.
- In summer (July and August), orders placed before 1:30 PM are also prepared the same day.
- Orders placed later are processed on the next business day.
5. Tracking
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number, allowing you to check its status at any time.
6. Packaging and Safety
We carefully prepare each shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:

Large formats (jugs, full factory boxes, or official gift sets) are shipped in the producer’s original packaging.

Mixed or small orders are packed in our custom boxes (three sizes), with bubble wrap protecting glass bottles.
7. Shipping Issues
If your order arrives with any problem (breakage, loss, etc.), we will replace it or refund the amount as soon as possible.
If there was an error in the provided address, any additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
8. Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If not, you have 14 calendar days to request a return.
- Products (bottles, jugs, cans) must be returned sealed and unopened.
- Keeping the original shipping box is not required.
