Since 1640, Miguel Sánchez Sagra, a direct ancestor of the family, rooted the family's olive-growing tradition by acquiring a small olive grove on the Los Añadios estate – Jaén (Andalusia), and 12 generations later, the Peñuelas-Sagra family continues to work and care for the same olive estate, maintaining its agricultural activity.

The Peñuelas-Sagra family has witnessed this inspiring work passed down from generation to generation, leading to a new project: building their own olive mill to extract the exceptional quality from the olives of their trees. Centenarium Premium is the highest expression of this legacy, as each bottle holds the sentiment of a family and its four core values.
