It is obtained from the “Vista Alegre” farm located in the heart of the Jaén countryside, it enjoys a peculiar Mediterranean-type microclimate with an abundance of morning dew due to its proximity to the Guadalimar River, which influences its excellent connotations, giving it its differentiating seal.

• From 10 to 14 kg of olives to obtain 1L of oil.

Tasting note

First EVOO of the year collected from olive groves on a selected plot. EVOO NOVO is identified by its olive green color. Of great aromatic complexity, highlighting olive leaf, wheat grass, lavender, tomato and fruity notes such as green banana, apple and green almond.

In the mouth it is very balanced, it has a very pleasant entry, a slight bitterness and spiciness. Its persistence over time is delicate and elegant.
