THE COMMAND
The hospitality sector has been one of the hardest hit by the pandemic, causing businesses to close or adapt to work and offer their services with guarantee and security.
This first Harvest Day we want it to serve as a tribute and support to the hospitality sector to which we feel so close.
We are committed to the origin, we are committed to our chefs and hoteliers and we want to present this First Day of Harvest 2021-2022 to all those people who are dedicated to this sector
TASTING NOTE
Visual Phase
Intense green color, unctuous, full-bodied and very shiny.
Olfactory Phase
Freshness with high intensity of fruitiness with a predominance of green. The leaf is clearly appreciated in combination with notes of freshly cut grass while fruity descriptors such as banana or fig tree appear and aromas of tomato plant and mint stand out.
Gustatory Phase
Due to its silky texture, its entry into the mouth is pleasant. The attributes detected on the nose are appreciated again, including some more such as artichoke and green wheat, with a fresh, fruity and green flavor. The bitterness and spiciness are firmly present in good measure, that is, medium intensity and without exceeding the olive fruitiness, highlighting the nuance of mint grass and chlorophyll that surrounds the entire oral cavity and invades the retro-nasal route, leaving a post -long taste and conferring astringency at the end.
Sensory Aspects
Oil balanced in fruity, aromas, spicy and bitter at the same time that it is complex due to the variety of nuances and harmonious due to their balance, so in the overall assessment it is an elegant oil.
