TASTING NOTES - PICUAL
Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Picual variety, bright green in colour, luminous, with intense fruitiness of fresh olives, and great complexity of herbaceous and fruity aromas, highlighting green banana, almond and green tomato. Voluminous and well-structured in the mouth, highly expressive, sweet and slightly spicy.
It is a balanced and elegant oil both on the nose and in the mouth. Almond aftertaste.
TASTING NOTES - ARBEQUINA
Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Arbequina variety, exceptional, where the delicacy of the aromas of this variety are mixed with the strength and character of the southern lands. A medium fruitiness of fresh olive, with green aromas of herbs and green wheat interspersed among the fruity notes characteristic of the Arbequina variety; almond, apple and ripe banana stand out.
Its passage through the mouth is progressive, with a soft and delicate entrance, a very light bitterness afterwards and a more noticeable presence of spiciness. It is harmonious and has an almond-like aftertaste.
TASTING NOTE - FRANTOIO
Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Frantoio variety; On the nose, a complex fruity aroma of fruit, vegetables and fresh fruits; green apple, kiwi, almond, pine nuts, rocket leaf and cypress, with a toasted touch that brings great delicacy to the whole.
On the palate, the same olfactory progression is appreciated: sweet at the beginning where the apple and kiwi appear again, in the middle it is vegetal and a balsamic finish. Elegant bitterness that distorts the balance with a soft spiciness and an almond aftertaste.
TASTING NOTES - HOJIBLANCA
Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Hojiblanca variety; On the nose, medium-high fruitiness of green olives with ripe notes of fresh fruit. At first, vegetal tones of artichoke, tomato, apple and green banana stand out with hints of flowers and wild plants such as fennel, mint and blackberry.
In the mouth it is elegant and sweet at the entrance, reminiscent of the aromas perceived in the nose. Light bitterness and progressive spiciness until the end of the throat. Medium structure and very balanced.
TASTING NOTE - ORGANIC PICUAL
