Bedmar, located at the foot of the Sierra Mágina, is a municipality in Jaén with a strong olive-growing vocation. Its privileged natural setting and moderate altitude favor the cultivation of centuries-old olive trees, which produce some of the region's most prized extra virgin olive oils .
The Picual variety is the most widely cultivated in the area, although limited productions of other native varieties are also available. The result is EVOOs with intense aromas, medium-high fruitiness, and an excellent concentration of natural antioxidants.
