The Sociedad Cooperativa Andaluza Sierra de la Pandera was founded on October 28, 2004, as a result of the merger between S.C.A. San Juan Bautista and S.C.A. Nuestra Señora del Rosario, both originally from Los Villares, Jaén.

Through this merger, S.C.A. Sierra de la Pandera set new goals and objectives, focusing on quality in production, the commercialization of its oils, and improving productivity. This led to the creation of the first brand: Aceites Jabalcuz, an aceite de oliva virgen extra of high quality at a very competitive price.

At S.C.A. Sierra de la Pandera, we define evolution as the combination of human dimension and respect for natural and cultural resources. In other words, we aim for harmonious and sustainable development within a privileged natural environment, the Sierra Sur de Jaén, together with our town and its people.

The human team is one of the pillars of success for the Aceites de Oliva Virgen Extra from S.C.A. La Pandera. The members, our farmers, cultivate their olive groves in family-run farms, cared for with love and using traditional techniques, protecting our olive-growing mountain landscape.

Everyone in the S.C.A. Sierra de la Pandera family is committed and respectful of quality, the environment, and sustainable development, which has allowed us to evolve our olive groves and our Aceites de Oliva Virgen Extra to a superior quality level.
