Olibaeza is an extra virgin olive oil produced by the El Alcázar Cooperative in Baeza (Jaén). They carefully curate their EVOO from the flower to the bottle, and offer early-harvest Picual and Arbequina varieties in Premium and Gourmet ranges.
Their approach is based on traceability and quality: they apply integrated production systems, environmental controls, and cold extraction between November and January. This allows for a balanced EVOO, with medium fruitiness and notes of almond and apple, ideal both raw and cooked.
Olibaeza has received international recognition: its Picual Premium was named the world's best extra virgin olive oil according to the EVOOLEUM guide, becoming the first cooperative to achieve this honor, reaffirming its commitment to quality and excellence.
