Origen: Baeza (Jaen)
They are a family business that, generation after generation, has been involved in the production of the highest quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil since the 18th century. They are fully dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in the process of producing the finest olive juices, from the cultivation and care of the olive trees to the milling of the olives and the subsequent preservation and marketing of our premium EVOOs.
The olive grove is located in the Guadalquivir Valley, in the province of Jaén (Andalusia, Spain), where the olive trees grow in a very special environment surrounded by the Cazorla and Sierra Mágina Natural Park, and irrigated by the 8 kilometers of the Guadiana Menor River that crosses the estate.
Thanks to José Saavedra, Marquis of Viana, the initiative to support and ensure the quality of EVOOs and their health benefits prospered for the first time in history. The building is a unique example of Spanish rural Renaissance architecture, listed as a Site of Cultural Interest in Spain.
