Torre de Canena oil is the result of decades of experience and tradition in the cultivation of olive trees by the Torres family. Cultivated in the outstanding area of the Andújar countryside, Jaén, it is obtained by harvesting the green crop in the months of October and November. This process, carried out in a maximum time of 3 hours from collection to milling, ensures exceptional organoleptic characteristics to the oil. The extraction is carried out exclusively through mechanical processes, guaranteeing the quality and purity of the final product.
