Torredelcampo, located in the center of the province of Jaén and very close to the capital, is a municipality with a distinct olive-growing identity. Its landscape is dominated by extensive olive groves that extend across hillsides and countryside, with olive cultivation being the basis of its local economy and agricultural tradition.
The municipality has more than 9,000 hectares of olive groves , mostly of the Picual variety, which produces intense, stable extra virgin olive oils with a high content of natural antioxidants.
