The Picual de Campos de Biatia Variety represents the essence of traditional Jaén olive groves. This single-varietal extra virgin olive oil is made exclusively from Picual olives selected at their peak ripeness, harvested early to ensure superior quality.

Sensory Profile:
With a strong personality, the Picual from Campos de Biatia stands out for its intensity and balance. It presents a medium-high green fruitiness with herbaceous notes of olive leaf, fig, and green tomato. On the palate, it offers moderate, well-integrated bitterness and spiciness, giving it a robust yet harmonious character.
