Extra virgin olive oil with a pronounced green olive fruitiness. The main aroma is bitter almond, although other fruits such as banana are also present, but with nuances of peel and green apple.
Among the green sensations found are both grass in the aroma and olive leaf in the taste. Within the range of vegetables, notes of tomato appear. The bitter and spicy attributes are present with perceptible intensity, with the latter standing out in the sensory balance. The green organoleptic characteristics of this oil set it apart from other oils.
