Aroma: Medium fruity, with delicate notes of apple, fig, almond and a herbal background that provides elegance.
Flavor: Sweet on the palate, with a light bitterness and subtle spiciness; a smooth, round, and harmonious oil.
Origin: Produced in mountain olive groves (altitude) within the Sierra de Cazorla, following early harvest and cold pressing.
