Limited production of an oil that is made from olives located on the farm of a family friend of the Melgarejo family, whose harvest is carried out at the time and in the manner dictated by the Melgarejo family.
The oil mill, in Pegalajar, Jaén, has evolved over time. It is located at an altitude of between 490 and 900 metres. With an area of 5,000 square metres, it has the latest technological advances in terms of bottling and conservation, to offer the market a product of the highest quality.
COLOR:
Deep green, filtered.
SCENT:
On the nose it shows an intense fruity aroma of green olive with nuances of apple, banana and green almond.
FLAVOR:
In the mouth it offers a sweet and slightly spicy flavor.
PAIRINGS:
Salads, meats, stews, dairy products, potatoes, pasta.
