The oil mill, in Pegalajar, Jaén, has evolved over time. It is located at an altitude of between 490 and 900 meters. Covering an area of 5,000 square meters, it uses the latest technological advances in bottling and preservation to offer the market a product of the highest quality.
COLOR:
Intense green, filtered.
SCENT:
On the nose it shows an intense fruity aroma of olives with green tones of apple, grass, artichoke and almond shell.
FLAVOR:
In the mouth it presents sensations of sweetness, very light bitterness and somewhat more intense spiciness with tones of bitter almonds and nuts.
