The oil mill, in Pegalajar, Jaén, has evolved over time. It is located at an altitude between 490 and 900 meters. With an area of 5,000 square meters, it has the latest technological advances in terms of bottling and conservation, to offer the market a product of the highest quality.

Green, filtered.
SCENT:
On the nose it has a very intense fruitiness of green olive, with herbaceous, acorn tones. Green almond, banana peel and apple.
FLAVOR:
In the mouth it is sweet and slightly spicy, with the bitterness being very light. Very fresh aftertaste.
PAIRINGS:
Salads, meats of all kinds, dairy products, potatoes, pasta.
