Truly unique in its organoleptic characteristics. Made from olive trees on the Melgarejo family farms, harvested at the precise point of maturity and using the most innovative techniques in the extraction system, to obtain a round, very fruity oil with a characteristic flavor.
The oil mill, in Pegalajar, Jaén, has evolved over time. It is located at an altitude between 490 and 900 meters. With an area of 5,000 square meters, it has the latest technological advances in terms of bottling and conservation, to offer the market a product of the highest quality.
COLOR:
Intense green, filtered.
SCENT:
Medium fruity green olive with hints of tomato, apple, banana, alloza and freshly cut grass.
FLAVOR:
Harmonious and fresh. It stands out for its sweet and spicy base, which are very balanced and mitigated. The aftertaste is long. Very fresh and pleasant palatability.
