Production

This oil is obtained through first cold pressing, a purely mechanical process at low temperature that preserves essential fatty acids, vitamin E and natural antioxidants without the need for additives. The olives are hand-picked from the tree and quickly transported for cleaning and milling.

The milling is carried out in an old mill with conical granite stones, where three large stones weighing more than 1000 kg rotate slowly to crush the fruit. Afterwards, using a hydraulic cold press, the olive juice is extracted, obtaining a pure oil from the first extraction.
