Organic Oliflix arbequina extra virgin olive oil.

It is an oil practically unique in its style. Grinded with granite stones and hydraulic presses.

It stands out for being a first cold pressed olive oil. Cold pressing of the oil is an exclusively mechanical extraction method that is carried out at low temperature, thus preserving the proportion of essential fatty acids, vitamin E, natural antioxidants and does not require any additives. The first extraction called "first pressure" results in a pure and truly oleaginous fruit juice.

This olive oil comes from completely organic farming, from olive trees to which no type of synthetic chemical fertilizer or pesticide is poured.

The olives are ground completely by hand in the old mill made of conical granite stones. The olives are picked from the tree one by one by hand, and quickly transported to the washing line to eliminate all impurities.

Later they are crushed with granite stones. 3 large granite stones that weigh more than 1000 kg each, and that rotate at a speed of 18 revolutions per minute. In a cold hydraulic press, the olive juice is obtained.

From that first pressure this extra virgin olive oil is obtained.
