TASTING NOTES - ARBEQUINA

Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Arbequina variety, an exceptional blend of the delicate aromas of this variety with the strength and character of the southern lands. A medium fruitiness of fresh olives, with green aromas of herbs and green wheat interspersed with the characteristic fruity notes of the Arbequina variety; almond, apple, and ripe banana stand out.

Its palate is progressive, with a smooth and delicate entry, a very light bitterness afterward, and a more noticeable presence of spiciness. It is harmonious, and the aftertaste is almond-like.
