TASTING NOTES - PICUAL Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Picual variety, bright green in color, with an intensely fruity aroma of fresh olives and a highly complex array of herbaceous and fruity aromas, especially green banana, almond, and green tomato. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-structured, highly expressive, sweet, and slightly spicy.
It's a balanced and elegant oil, both on the nose and palate. It has an almondy aftertaste.
TASTING NOTES - ARBEQUINA Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Arbequina variety, an exceptional blend of the delicate aromas of this variety with the strength and character of the southern lands. A medium fruitiness of fresh olives, with green aromas of herbs and green wheat interspersed with the characteristic fruity notes of the Arbequina variety; almond, apple, and ripe banana stand out.
Its palate is progressive, with a smooth and delicate entry, a very light bitterness afterward, and a more noticeable presence of spiciness. It is harmonious, and the aftertaste is almond-like.
