Oro del Desierto Hojiblanca 500 ml is an extra virgin olive oil organic with limited production, made from hojiblanca olives harvested at early veraison. This EVOO stands out for its balance, freshness and broad, elegant aromatic profile.
Produced in the Tabernas Desert (Almería) by Oro del Desierto, this oil comes from the El Vicario estate, with olive groves cultivated under controlled conditions on calcareous soils. Produced by cold extraction using a two-phase system and immediate milling, a extra virgin olive oil is obtained with great quality and stability.
This EVOO is ideal for raw consumption, where its aromatic nuances and balance are best appreciated. Perfect for salads, toast, fresh cheeses, cold soups or sauces where an elegant oil is desired to enhance flavors.
