Extra virgin olive oil from organic production obtained by cold extraction between 22ºC and 24ºC, from olives of the picual variety harvested at their optimal ripening time in the months of October-November. Green and transparent with a high content of natural antioxidants such as polyphenols.
TASTING NOTE
Intense fruity smell of green olive , olive branch and leaf. Notes of tomato and artichoke, with light touches of fig leaf. Smooth entry flavor of medium density with medium bitterness and compensated spiciness. Aftertaste of dried fruits. Medium persistence with hints of elegant itching. 100% Picual.
