Origen: Villanueva de la Reina - Jaen

Casa del Agua belongs to Oro Bailén, located at the gateway to Andalusia, in the province of Jaén, within the municipality of Villanueva de la Reina, Galgón 99, S.L. It is situated in the Sierra Norte of the province, at the foothills of Sierra Morena, between Bailén and Andújar, at an altitude of 400 meters.

Both Los Juncales and La Casa del Agua are estates planted according to a traditional layout, which is a 10-meter x 10-meter grid, where each olive tree actually consists of 3 plants grouped together.

Thanks to the fact that the oil production process begins less than two hours after harvesting the raw material, and that crushing and malaxation are carried out cold at temperatures always below 21ºC, Oro Bailén produces a high-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
