In 2014, the Rosales family undertook the revitalization of its facilities, modernizing the production process with cutting-edge technology without losing the artisanal essence that characterizes its oils. The olive oil mill manages more than 1,200 hectares of olive groves spread across Martos, Écija, and Badajoz, cultivating the Picual, Arbequina, and Arbosana varieties, among others.
