Origen: Alcaudete
Molino de las Torres, located in Alcaudete, Jaén, represents more than a century of history in the production of extra virgin olive oil. Since its origins, this oil mill has combined the tradition of ancient techniques with a profound respect for the Andalusian olive grove. In 2014, the Rosales family undertook the revitalization of its facilities, modernizing the production process with cutting-edge technology without losing the artisanal essence that characterizes its oils. With a focus on excellence, the company takes care of every stage of the process, from early harvesting to cold extraction, guaranteeing the purity and flavor that distinguish its products.
The olive oil mill manages more than 1,200 hectares of olive groves spread across Martos, Écija, and Badajoz, cultivating the Picual, Arbequina, and Arbosana varieties, among others. This balance of tradition and technology has allowed Molino de las Torres to produce oils with a unique organoleptic profile, which have earned the recognition of discerning consumers and experts worldwide. Furthermore, its commitment to sustainability and respect for the environment reinforces its vision for the future, positioning it as a benchmark in the extra virgin olive oil sector.
