"Olivos de Un Siglo" is the family range of "Pure Green EVOO", available in 1, 2, and 5-liter formats.

Extra virgin olive oil harvested in November and December using mechanical methods is stored in the winery in stainless steel tanks with nitrogen and packaged upon request.

EVOO with an intensely green fruitiness. It presents aromas of grass, tomato, and olive leaf, with significant hints of almond and artichoke. On the palate, it is well-balanced with a medium-low bitterness and a more intense spiciness.
