Olive oil is, without a doubt, the most mystical and health-giving product of the Mediterranean. It's a tree that, before our grandparents, their grandchildren had already seen, and that our grandchildren's grandchildren will see.
Aware of this beautiful tradition, its owners, Manuel and Domingo, bravely decided more than 30 years ago to acquire their first century-old olive groves. From then on, they decided that their family and their lives would be forever linked to this land, because the nature that surrounded them was like Mother Earth protecting them. They knew the road would be difficult, but they would not shy away from any difficulties.
