Origin and philosophy

13 ROSAS is a company fully dedicated to early-harvest olive oil production. Before harvesting begins, samples are taken from all their groves to determine the optimal picking time and ensure the highest fruit quality. All olive groves are company-owned and are undergoing organic conversion, reinforcing their commitment to sustainable and responsible agriculture.

Careful production

Once harvested, the olives are transported directly to a micro-mill in Peal de Becerro, where they are immediately crushed to preserve freshness, aromas, and natural properties. The company supervises every stage of the process, from the field to bottling and labeling, ensuring total product control.
