Selected from the highest quality Picual olives and milled just hours after harvesting, it offers an intense and fresh profile with a Mediterranean character.
It comes from selected olive groves in the La Loma region, Jaén and is produced by Balcón del Guadalquivir, preserving the organoleptic properties and the high natural polyphenol content characteristic of the Picual variety.
Perfect to enjoy raw on gourmet toasts, bread with tomato, salads, and grilled vegetables. It also enhances white fish, carpaccios, cheeses, and cured meats, adding intensity and freshness to every dish.
