Tasting Notes
Extra virgin olive oil from olives harvested in October. This is an EVOO of the highest quality, which also captures Baeza's Iberian-Roman past. It is the work of our Iberian princess Himilce, Princess of Oretania, a territory currently part of the province of Jaén and Castile-La Mancha.
Its tasting notes make it sublime and of superior intensity, highlighting the fresh grass, tomato, almond and artichoke typical of the Picual variety.
