Aroma: Intense green fruitiness with floral nuances and notes of grapefruit, apple, banana, fennel and green wheat, highlighting the “alloza” almond.
Flavor: Sweet at first, followed by medium bitterness and progressive spiciness, with minty freshness and a nutty and citrus finish.
Origin: Young plantation in Baeza, successfully adapted to the Greek variety Koroneiki.
Recommended pairing: Cured sheep or goat cheeses, salads, marinades, tartar and ceviches.
