TASTING NOTES

Deep green in colour. It is striking on the nose due to its intense green fruitiness, with aromas of freshly cut grass, apple, tomato leaf and fig tree. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced with a moderate bitterness and spiciness and an almond aftertaste.
