Tasting Notes
Light green, lime-colored oil. On the nose, it smells of mountain herbs, rockrose, and artichoke, with a hint of nuts like almonds.
In the mouth, it's sharp, but bitter. It's a very fine oil with great harmony. The aftertaste is very almond-like, with a light touch of almond.
