Oro del Desierto Lechín 500 ml is an extra virgin olive oil organic with limited production, made exclusively from lechín olives from Granada. This EVOO stands out for its smoothness and balance, offering a delicate and very harmonious profile.

Origin and producer

Produced in the Tabernas Desert (Almería) by Oro del Desierto, this oil comes from estates such as El Vicario, Sierra Bermeja and Cortijillo de las Pencas. The traditional olive groves, with trees between 80 and 250 years old, are cultivated under dry farming and controlled irrigation conditions. Produced by cold extraction using a two-phase system, an extra virgin olive oil organic is obtained that preserves all its authenticity.

Recommended uses

This EVOO is ideal for raw consumption, especially in preparations where a smooth and balanced oil is desired. Perfect for salads, soups, white meat dishes or recipes where it is intended to accompany without masking flavors.

Packaging and storage

It is presented in a 500 ml bottle, designed to protect the oil from light and preserve its properties. It is recommended to keep it in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.

Pairing

Golden yellow in color with a clean appearance, it presents a medium-low fruitiness with notes of green olive, nuts and hints of apricot. On the palate it is smooth, with almost no bitterness and a light pungency, ideal for cured products, tomato salads, soups, white meats and desserts.
