Organic Hojiblanca Olive Oil

The first time I tasted Finca la Torre’s organic Hojiblanca selection was in Málaga. At a restaurant, they served us some toasted bread with various cheeses and left the bottle of oil on the table. It was what you could call love at first sight. From the very first moment, it impressed me. That day, everyone at the table agreed. Back at the office, they remind me I said something like, “Wow. No joke. This oil is really good.”
Intensely fruity oil with freshly cut grass notes.
On the palate, bitter. Gradually spicy and persistent with hints of apple, almond, and banana peel. Complex and balanced.
