It is an oil from PICUAL variety olives collected in the month of October on family farms in an optimal state of veraison and processed only by mechanical procedures.

We are talking about a smooth, balanced oil, with a fervent personality and a magnificent point of aromatic intensity.

It provides us with excellent healthy properties due to its high content of oleic acid and natural antioxidants (vitamin E, polyphenols, etc.).

This oil has a balanced and complex intense green olive fruitiness. In the foreground the notes of tomato plant, freshly cut grass and tea leaf impress, in the background the notes of alloza almond and artichoke are its letter of introduction. Immensely smooth in its mouthfeel, it is medium bitter and intensely spicy that leaves a deep minty sensation. Walnut and black pepper are perfectly distinguishable, along with aromatic herbs such as rosemary and thyme.
