Spain is a country with extraordinary gastronomic richness. There is no doubt about that. Starting, of course, with extra virgin olive oil. That is why those of us who enjoy the culinary treasures of this and any other country in the world are delighted with any initiative dedicated to highlighting the quality and excellence of our gourmet products.
One such initiative is Luxury Spain Gourmet, a quality seal created by the Spanish Luxury Association with the mission of promoting globally the representative brands of the Spanish gourmet sector.
As part of this thriving sector, we attended the presentation event held at the Bravo restaurant, by Michelin-starred chef Carles Abellán, on the terrace of the W Hotel in Barcelona.
There, in addition to discovering and tasting some of the best Spanish gastronomic delights, we had the opportunity to share experiences with other industry professionals and with great culinary masters, such as Carles Abellán himself.
We would like to thank, once again, Castillo de Canena, who actively participated in the event, allowing attendees to taste and enjoy their select gourmet olive oils.
