An Early Harvest Olive Oil, Excellently Crafted
Intensely fruity with green olive notes, hints of freshly cut grass, fig tree, and banana peel, with green almond standing out. It is a full-bodied, very balanced oil, with medium bitterness and pungency, leaving a harmonious sensation of freshness with high persistence.
