An early harvest oil that is excellently worked
Intense fruity green olive aromas, with notes of freshly cut grass, fig and banana peel, with green almonds standing out. This is a voluminous, well-balanced oil, with a medium spiciness and bitterness, which leaves a harmonious sensation of freshness with a long persistence.

Our EVOO, “Yo,verde” is the rigorous selection of the fruit and the strict production process, where we put all our heart, tradition and olive oil heritage of four generations. Knowing that this wonderful work of our ancestors is not lost is a source of pride for us. Being able to share with you year after year the best of our house, to present an excellent EVOO both gastronomically and healthily. That is our motivation to improve ourselves.
