In La Canonja (Tarragona), Marc Romera runs the La Boella Mill, combining the traditional method with the most advanced technology.

The result is noble, artisanal, fruity and balanced oils. Although the star variety is the Arbequina, La Boella also harvests Arbosana and Koroneiki with great success.

As if that were not enough, the most premium oil is produced: La Boella Premium , a blend of Arbequina, Arbosana, and Koroneiki, which has won numerous awards, competitions and contests around the world. Or the Flor d'Oli oil, fresh and early.

On our farms, next to the Mediterranean, the climate, with mild winters and warm summers, is ideal for the development of olive trees. As are the characteristics of the soil.

The olives are picked at their optimum point of ripeness. The time between harvesting and milling the fruit is reduced to a minimum to achieve the best quality of the fruit. The olives do not fall to the ground, but are picked directly from the tree so that they retain all their nutrients and properties. We strive and try to be more demanding every day, to grow every year, and continue to have so many consumers loyal to our brand.
