Inside every home, Oro Bailén.

In the Sierra Norte of Jaén, in Villanueva de la Reina (between Bailén and Andújar), is located Oro Bailén, a brand today recognized for its top-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Environment

Located at 400 m on the slopes of Sierra Morena, the natural boundary between the Meseta and the Guadalquivir Valley. Ecological Mediterranean forest soils favor exceptional EVOO.

The Olive Groves

The olives from Oro Bailén come from irrigated estates such as “Los Juncales” and “Casa del Agua.” Integrated agriculture is practiced, pruning is used as fertilizer, and ground cover is preserved. The estates have advanced technology to ensure sustainable olive farming.

Production

Within less than two hours after harvesting, the olives arrive at the mill, where a master controls their quality. Crushing is done cold (<21 °C) with brief mixing and immediate centrifugation to preserve fresh aromas and flavors.
