Starting from its original construction in 1927, Oleícola San Francisco has adapted to the future with modern, versatile, and operational facilities. We wanted to maintain the essence of the old building, a modern, 21st-century olive oil mill.
The old winery and press room are now the gateway to a modern, state-of-the-art processing facility adapted to the latest technologies in the industry. In 20 meters, we can travel back in time to what oil was like and what it is today.
