An extra virgin olive oil coupage of Hojiblanca and Picuda

Almazaras de la Subbética opened its doors to us, and we spent a wonderful few days tasting oils while falling in love with their facilities.
Jose Antonio Nieto, the mill director, experiences every olive oil tasting with exceptional passion. And when you ask him about his opinion on Parqueoliva Serie Oro… Then, with a slight smile on his face, he says: “Ufff. If we compare the oil to people, Parqueoliva Serie Oro is like a very intelligent child, very difficult to raise and educate, but once grown up, it is a true pride.
«An intense personality, without overwhelming, complex without being hard to understand»
An extra virgin olive oil coupage of Hojiblanca and Picuda, from Carcabuey, Córdoba. On the nose, it gives us an intense green. Hints of banana and apple. Vegetable notes, like artichoke and tomato plant.
On the palate, it has a sweet entry, green almond notes, medium bitterness, and medium spiciness.
Jose Antonio Nieto.
Mill Director:

We constantly seek ways for consumers to enjoy our EVOO, always seasoned with that touch of passion.
A large part of our secret, besides the obvious know-how of our farmers who carefully handle the fruit throughout the process, from the field to the mill, lies in the high level of qualification and preparation of all the technical staff at the mill, as well as in the facilities where we carry out our work.
Parqueoliva Serie Oro is a rebellious and daring oil. Full of personality. I am especially proud of this olive oil.
